All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 business days from placement of order. If returning an item for a full refund, customer is responsible for shipping costs of the item being returned back to Pat DeLong's Anything Goes In Art. If exchanging an item, customer is responsible for shipping costs of the item being returned to Pat DeLong's Anything Goes In Art. Pat DeLong's Anything Goes In Art will pay for shipping of the replacement item.
